From when a referral comes through, we assess identifying if this is the best placement for the child. We believe in ensuring that we carry out a compatibility assessment in ensuring that the children that will be placed together have similar needs and can actually live well together. We believe a lot of broken down placements are as a result of placing children wrongly in a group. Our referrals team will provide you with a response to any referral received within 3 hours.

We carry out comprehensive risk assessments before the child moves in to ensure a smooth transition and successful placement. Children, parents, professional or families of the children are most welcome to visit prior to assessment.
